The Old and the New

So, weird thing.

The house we might be renting *might* is the house I used to live in - the spacious, gorgeous, 3 bed, 1 bath, pets allowed, great landlord place where I lived w/ Liz and Andria...well, I e-mailed the guy to see if he had any properties available and he said we could move in there for the price we can pay - it's a little lower than he was asking a year ago but he's ok with it so...we are in talks about moving in Sept. 1!!! Crazy, right? And I never wanted to live in that house again...but it's kinda perfect. The bedroom/bathroom, pets, washer/dryer, I already have a power bill at that address...it's like...this was waiting for us.

It's just...weird. But awesome. If it works out.

Moving in there with Stu might be kind of cathartic for me. It will be a different house. Hopefully, people will come over a lot and Stu and I will spend time together, maybe we'll get a dog, and...it sounds nice.

I never even thought about it being available...it's so weird. But, I think the puzzle pieces are fitting together and it will be nice to have a landlord that cares.

So, bringing the new hubby back to the old house and...it's going to be fun to decorate.

Please pray that this transition goes smoothly. We don't want trouble w/ the trailer landlord, but we are sick and the mold is just too much. We are giving 30 days notice [and he hasn't fixed the mold, nor does he care, even though we alerted him last week] and we can move our stuff into the new/old house the last week of August.

Also...please pray that I find a job so we can afford the house...I know I have a job until the end of August [So September will be all paid for] but I haven't heard anything back yet and I am nervous about finding a job.
