Dreams

Crazy dreams last night.

The first one was a nightmare - I dreamed we were rehearsing for Mila's wedding and things started to go wrong, including water being poured all over her wedding dress...it was really rather dreadful! I think we all were trying to avert disaster and had to make a run for it at the end. :p

That dream means I am not as prepared as I should be for the wedding this weekend.

The second dream I want to use as part of a story - I dreamed that one of my old friends wanted me to meet some new people and he took me to a mall, but it was in the middle of the night so it was closed. We got in and started walking toward the furniture department. "This new guy is so amazing - he's got these long dreds..." I saw a gathering around a part of a furniture display and realized that the people were all either vampires or werewolves - but they were friends. Allied against humans, I guess. Anyway - the pale guy with long blonde dreds was sitting in a throne-like chair and discussing something with a few vampires. He was more hairy than a normal human male, but it was pale blonde, and he had medium length, pointed fingernails. My friend introduced me, and when the guy (he was a young guy - probably early 20's) asked "what are you?" My friend answered, "she hasn't turned yet." (I think he was turned but I'm not sure if he was vampire or werewolf.) The werewolf smiled at me, and said "well, when you decide, we'll try not to go any farther than here," and he motioned with one finger across his neck, smiling. This apparently was a group for people to meet when they were deciding on if they wanted to turn and what they wanted to turn into - there were humans, vampires, and werewolves mixing socially, it was...strange.

Anyway.

Those were my dreams.
