I dreamed I was in California and I got a ride from my friend's daughter to an older neighborhood with long, 80's style rancher-type houses (Although later in the dream I heard someone call them bungalows).
I got to the house and was ushered inside to meet...Jeremy Renner.
I think he thought I was there to either interview him or ask for his autograph, but I really just wanted to talk to him and hang out. He was a really nice guy, he was getting ready to go somewhere that night (some gala event) and we talked for a while about Joss (apparently Jeremy had played in a Warhammer 40k game with Joss -- in the dream), Avengers, and cool stuff.
We had a great time -- and when I got ready to leave, he brought out an old suitcase and opened it up and I saw that he was a woodworker and had made all sorts of little souvenir type things to give to his fans (HOW SWEET!). He gave me a tiny wooden bear but then got out an ink pen and colored in details, like fur, eyes, etc. (It looked AMAZING)
I thanked him and stepped away to call someone (my ride was late and I was embarrassed that I was still just hanging around while he was trying to get ready) but someone caught my eye outside the window and I didn't want anyone spreading rumors about Jeremy's guests so I stayed out of the way (It was a rather nosy looking woman).
I finally got hold of mom but my ride wasn't going to be able to pick me up and I couldn't explain where I was so of course I was stuck there for a little while.
I wandered back into the living room where Jeremy was being questioned by the nosy women and about a dozen big kids who were clamoring for his autograph. We somehow managed to get rid of them (although Jeremy was really sweet about it and signed everything and gave them some souvenirs, although he kept back a dark blue stained rustic crochet hook he'd made) and then he asked me to keep quiet where he lived if I was going to write a review.
"Just describe it as a long, low bungalow," he started, but I told him I wasn't going to write an interview so he didn't have to worry. We walked outside and I guess I got my ride because I woke up after that.
