I'm so grateful for the opportunities and the themes of my life right now. I'm learning about God's tenderness to women (especially in the Old Testament), how to be a better writer and painter, how to schedule my time wisely, and I'm getting to spend time with old friends (through snail-mail) and new friends (who live close by!). I've been given so many opportunities this year -- some I've had to turn down, but several that I've been able to take and they have been amazing.
